We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to support ICT operational risk, compliance, and audit activities within the CIO Office. In this role, you will help strengthen governance practices, enhance reporting and assurance capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across the division. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, control functions, and auditors while contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory expectations.*The title of the role in the contract will be Process Excellence Specialist.How You Will Make an Impact as an ICT Risk & Compliance Assurance Officer:Contribute to the rollout and oversight of ICT operational risk, compliance, and audit processes within the CIO OfficeKeep documentation up to date and ensure timely follow‑through on all risk, compliance, and audit‑related actionsDevelop assurance dashboards, prepare reports, and support the creation of materials for governance committeesMonitor the status of ICT operational risk, compliance, and audit activities, engaging with accountable stakeholders to drive progressOffer insights, guidance, and recommendations to strengthen ICT operational risk management practicesPromote a culture that values continuous improvement, innovation, learning, and balanced risk‑takingSupport the coordination of divisional strategic initiatives and performance reporting effortsCollaborate with internal control teams as well as external auditors and supervisory bodiesEnsure ongoing awareness and understanding of applicable policies, standards, and external regulatory expectationsPerform additional related tasks as needed to support the function’s objectiveWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Proven experience in ICT operational risk management, compliance, or internal control processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound risk-based decisionsExcellent planning, prioritization, and documentation skillsEffective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior leadershipProficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), MS365 applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting toolsExperience with IT and Information Security frameworks (ITIL, NIST) and IT governance frameworksExperience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworksStrong project management skills, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood awareness of regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to technology teamsBachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Business Management, or Risk Management (preferred)Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Information Security, or Agile Delivery are preferredFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic levelWhy You will Love Working Here:Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and a possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)Additional weeks of vacation to all employees with 1+ years tenureVolunteer time off and 30 fully paid calendar days for military training every yearCompetitive health benefits package – health insurance after the first 3 months as + health days in case of your absence due to sickness without a doctor's noteInternal and external training programs, workshops, conferences, online trainings for professional growth and wellbeingSpecial Offers for Luminor products & servicesWorking with international teams who value challenging work together with good humor and having funCulture.
