If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in testing systems to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Analyze and coordinate system testing activities in line with client requirements.
  • Develop detailed test plans and test scenarios based on agreed tasks.
  • Perform thorough manual testing to identify programming errors, logical issues, and inconsistencies impacting system performance or data integrity.
  • Record, track, and clearly document defects found during testing.
  • Re-test and validate fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Document test results and prepare clear, comprehensive reports.
  • Verify database functionality using SQL queries as part of testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the team following Agile Scrum practices.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar QA role.
  • Hands-on experience in creating test plans and test scenarios and executing manual tests.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
