This role partners closely with benefit vendors, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and internal HR teams to ensure programs are delivered accurately, compliantly, and with a high level of service. The Benefits Administrator also contributes to special projects and new program implementations, supporting research, and rollout activities across the benefits function.How You Will Make an ImpactBenefit Vendor & Invoice AdministrationCoordinate invoicing for 60+ U.S. benefit vendors, including:Reviewing invoices and running reports to validate payment amounts and securing required approvals.Matching invoices to purchase orders and tracks balances.Submitting invoices to Accounts Payable or Treasury for processing.Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with internal teams and external vendors.Serve as the primary liaison with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments, including ongoing U.S. retiree benefit payments.Partner with Purchasing to create, update, and manage all Purchase Orders for the Benefits team.Payroll & Data ReconciliationProcess U.S. bi‑weekly payroll funding files and complete reconciliation for various benefit vendors.Audit reports and data files for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure accurate data transfer to benefit partners.Support Workday vendor integration files by updating records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.Program Support & Employee ExperienceMaintain and update content on the internal Global Well‑Being Hub.Coordinate with external partners to promote the Cabot Scholarship Program in the U.S. and Canada, providing administrative support as needed.Support the U.S. employee and retiree service award program in partnership with the service award vendor.Organize global well‑being sessions and communicate monthly webinars to U.S. and global employees.Document and maintain administrative procedures for all assigned benefits processes.What You Will Bring to CabotBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, financial operations, or analytical support roles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR Information Systems (Workday preferred).High attention to detail with strong analytical skills, including experience collecting, organizing, reconciling, and validating data.Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to gather information and collaborate effectively.Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs.Excellent command of English, both written and verbalProcess‑improvement mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify efficiencies.Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee, vendor, and company information.Additional Information:Permanent contract.Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.Health insurance from first day of work.Salary: 1600 - 2200 EUR Gross.
