  • Driven to achievement KPI deployment target, Productivity (pcs/hours) , %OEE Cycle time.
  • RPP Projects in VA-MFG CC-ABS/ESP9 & ABS10M in Measures tool for fulfill implement e.g. VS-PDCA , Content in A3 , Deep dive analysis
  • Responsible System CIP project in 3 cycles per year based on BPS approach can be tracking transparency data information.
  • Control Shop floor responsible for up to date e.g.Process and change control sheet , SPC , Suggestion ,LPA , Fraction area ,Scrap area.
  • Leading for handle for BPS-M2 assessment for CC-ABS/ESP9 and achievement plant target e.g. VSM , VSD , Documents concerning BPS , PROCON , Leading DDLR.
  • SAP Key user function responsible e.g. New model , New line concept , create P/No 10 digits & 13 digits , Control Kan ban material & Strongly problem solving skill.
  • Assignment from Superior level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering ,Machanic Engineering , Electric Engineering or master degree.
  • BPS elements, System CIP approach, production and process knowledge
  • Good English skill.
