- Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively search for top candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and niche job boards, with a strong focus on tech, sales, and leadership roles.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design modern hiring plans using tools like AI-based sourcing, virtual case assessments, and interactive interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Run structured hiring processes including skills tests, portfolio reviews, and behavioral interviews to ensure fair and engaging evaluations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diverse hiring pipelines across our regions, especially in underrepresented markets and roles.
- Employer Branding: Support talent attraction through creative campaigns, job fairs, social content, and community events.
- Data Management & Analytics: Leverage data to optimize recruitment processes by analyzing various metrics using specialized tools.
- Onboarding: Organize onboarding logistics, documentation, and a smooth Day 1 experience for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in running company-wide engagement activities and team events to foster a strong company culture.
- Admin & Record Keeping: Ensure accurate HR documentation and assist with core HR processes, working closely with the HR team.
- Experienced in recruitment — 2+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing roles, preferably in tech, product, or B2B sales environments.
- Globally minded — comfortable sourcing and communicating with candidates across different countries and cultures.
- Proactive and creative — you don't wait for candidates to apply; you find them and spark their interest.
- Collaborative — you enjoy working closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the HR team.
- Organized & detail-oriented — capable of juggling multiple roles at once and seeing hiring processes through from A to Z.
- Data-driven — you track your metrics and constantly look for ways to improve.
- Fluent in English and Latvian.
- Bonus: experience with tools like GSuite, Breezy, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Testlify.
- Salary €2,300 - €2,700 gross/month, plus performance-based bonuses
