Our client is a growing international fintech company with an established presence in Forex and digital asset trading. With a professional and collaborative team based in Riga, they provide 24/7 trading support to clients across CIS and Asia.Role Overview
As Trading Support Manager, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team responsible for resolving trading-related issues, monitoring platforms like MetaTrader, and ensuring high service standards for international retail clients. This is a front-line technical role offering exposure to real-time markets and the potential to grow into more strategic trading functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end resolution of complex trading issues from retail clients, ensuring precision and transparencyAnalyze trade execution, platform behavior, and market data to identify technical or operational anomaliesCollaborate closely with risk and IT teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and solve edge-case trading problemsContribute to platform reliability by testing new tools, processes, and platform featuresMaintain accurate and well-documented records of investigations and solutions for future referenceImprove client experience by identifying common patterns and proposing process improvementsParticipate in internal knowledge sharing to strengthen team expertise and client satisfactionRequirements2+ years of experience in Forex trading support or operations (B2C experience preferred)Strong understanding of financial markets and MetaTrader platformsFluent in Russian and English (verbal and written)Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights and weekendsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)Key Soft SkillsStrong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail and analytical mindsetFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environmentProfessional, proactive, and responsible approach to tasksWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: €1,800–3,000 gross/month (negotiable based on experience)Full onboarding, training, and long-term career growthModern office in central Riga with snacks, coffee, and a friendly teamHealth insurance post-probation and sports activity coverageDiverse, young, and experienced teamOpportunity for hybrid work model over timeApply in 2 minPar klientu
