About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Owner to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more product domains within our financial platform.You will translate business strategy, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities and ensure successful delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive alignment between business, technology, and compliance, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap
Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring teams focus on the highest-value outcomes
Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams
Lead product discovery, requirements definition, and delivery alignment
Ensure solutions meet business, quality, and regulatory expectations
Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity on product changes and impact
Support business acceptance and release readiness
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback
Contribute to defining user experience and operational processes

Requirements

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in fintech, banking, payments, or another regulated environment
Strong experience with:
Stakeholder alignment and communication
Requirements definition and backlog management
Cross-functional collaboration
Good understanding of financial services, such as:
Payments, accounts, cards
SEPA, SWIFT, FX
Digital channels or operational workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance business value, risk, and delivery constraints
Experience working on compliance-heavy or regulated products – nice to have
Familiarity with product metrics, experimentation, or performance tracking – nice to have
Exposure to complex system integrations – nice to have
Hands-on problem solver and solution provider, able to manage stakeholders and prioritise effectively
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Polish or Russian language would be an advantage
