In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.   • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using our email marketing platform (Klaviyo).
  • Assist in developing email content, including copywriting, template layout, and basic formatting.
  • Manage and segment email lists to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines and content to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor and report on key email metrics.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR and other relevant email marketing regulations.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team to align campaigns with brand and business goals.
  • Support the setup and optimization of automated email flows.
What You Bring:
  • 0–2 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
  • Familiarity with at least one email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights.
  • Good written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice To Have:
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Understanding of marketing automation and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with GDPR and email compliance requirements
SALARY: 1600 - 2300 EUR/month GROSS (depending on your skills and competencies).Why Join Us:
