And that’s where you come in.The roleEstonia, Latvia and Lithuania are high potential regions for Orac. Three active markets with strong local teams and a lot of untapped opportunities still ahead. We aim to double our Baltic revenue within two years.As a Sales Manager Baltics you are based in Riga and you translate Orac’s commercial strategy into a clear, actionable growth plan for all three countries. You’re both the coach and the front runner. Guiding your team in commercial routines, while personally driving new customer acquisition, showroom development and key partnerships.What you’ll ownRegional commercial strategy for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: country priorities, channel choices and customer targets.Route-to-market design and execution. Who sells Orac, where and how.New business development. Personally and through your teams. New showrooms, installers, designers, retailers and distributors. You build the pipeline and you close it.Key account development. Turning good customers into strategic partners through structured plans, strong relationships.Team leadership and field coaching. Setting clear goals, running joint visits, building commercial capability.Brand visibility in the market. Showroom quality, local events, reference projects and training sessions.What you bring?A proven track record in B2B commercial leadership. You have built teams, opened markets and can bring successes with you.A passion for being in the field. You are energized by customer contact.Experience in new business development.Strong route-to-market instincts. You understand how products reach customers and how to optimize that journey.The ability to lead across cultures and countries. You adapt your style, you earn trust quickly and you create clarity for diverse teams.Data-driven discipline. You use numbers to make decisions.Fluent English. Knowledge of Lavian, Estonian or Lithuanian is a strong asset.What Success Looks LikeWithin 30 days, you get into the field. You join customers visits in each country, connect with every team member, and form your own view of where the biggest opportunities are.Within 60 days, prospecting routines are running, joint visits are a weekly reality, and you’ve already identified your first new customer targets.At 90 days, you have delivered your first business development wins and the teams are following consistent commercial routines under your guidance.
