This role involves processing account information, conducting month-end and year-end closing activities, and collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve financial discrepancies. They also stay updated on financial policies and performs audits to maintain the integrity of financial reporting, supporting the overall financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities

- Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
- 0-3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or shared-services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory)
- Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts such as journal entries, general ledger structure, account reconciliations, invoices, accruals, and basic financial documentation.
- Ability to follow standard procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Familiarity with supporting the month-end close process, including preparing simple entries, assisting with reconciliations, gathering data for reporting, checking account balances, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ability to work with checklists, timelines, and cross-functional teams during closing periods.
- Ability to assist in internal and external audit requests, retrieve financial documents, prepare initial audit evidence, and follow instructions for compliance-related tasks.
- Understanding the importance of documentation accuracy, traceability, and adherence to audit guidelines.
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word): Comfortable with Excel formulas, data entry, formatting, and basic analysis.
- (Nice-to-have) SAP: Exposure to SAP modules related to finance (FI/CO). Ability to perform basic transactions and lookups.
- (Nice-to-have) S/4 HANA: Experience or understanding of navigation within S/4 HANA is a plus (training can be provided).
