- B2B Sales Reporting: Manage cross-Baltic sales reporting (70% periodic, 30% ad-hoc).
- Business Intelligence Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, customer behavior, and churn prevention.
- Sales Pipeline Data Management: Analyze and maintain the data of sales pipeline, providing insights and updates to sales representatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute various reports to customers and internal teams.
- Customer Data Management: Monitor, update, and improve customer master data.
- Work closely with B2B sales colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
- Work on projects and process improvements with various departments in European Circle K Team.
- +2 years hands-on experience with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage customer data.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, innovative, and creative problem-solver.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle's JD Edwards, and data cubes is a plus.
- Experience within Sales teams/department is a plus
