It is developed by over 150 people across 12 cross-functional squads, delivering a stable, scalable, and secure insurance platform.You will join the Policy Edit squad, while also contributing to the wider Tribe when needed.What are you going to do?As part of Policy Edit, you’ll help develop digital solutions that support insurance purchase and policy editing for Swedish private customers. The squad focuses on smooth digital flows and integrations for cases requiring extra steps such as eHD or pre-payment, enabling efficient policy management for customers and frontliners. The team includes developers, QA, and business roles based in Riga and Oslo.You’ll have real influence in your squad, delivering solutions that impact a large customer base. You’ll also collaborate closely with developers, architects, analysts, and domain experts across the organization, with opportunities to grow as a full-stack developer or move toward architecture or leadership roles.What do we expect from you?We are looking for a driven full-stack developer with experience in both back-end and expertise in front-end development who wants to create fast and durable solutions that are user friendly.
