You will be responsible for maintaining and managing correct pricing records in the ERP system and analyzing various pricing related reports to ensure accurate customer billing.If you have strong communication skills and like to work in international environment, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and accurate customer and distributor pricing by maintaining and validating pricing data within the ERP SAP system.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of pricing-related issues raised by internal stakeholders.
- Analyze invoicing prices and order reports in SAP to verify pricing accuracy, working closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and the Sales team to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless order processing.
- Create and update work instructions and process descriptions for pricing in EMEA. Produce and maintain documentation for internal and external audits on pricing.
- Prepare and deliver pricing reports and analyses to senior management, and serve as a key representative of the Pricing team in crossfunctional stakeholder interactions.
- Lead process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in pricing operations and driving initiatives that streamline workflows.
- Drive digital transformation by leading the adoption and optimization of automation tools and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure effective integration and optimization of pricing tools and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, IT, business administration, logistics, business and other.
- Experience in Global Business Services, combined with the ability to work in a multicultural environment, is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate with a global organization and/or customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
- Monthly gross salary 1475 - 1730 EUR, depending on skills and experience;
