  • Assist and contribute to Business consulting projects aiming to improve organizations in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
  • Analyze business processes, help in developing data analysis & financial models, assist in improvement of performance of various functions within various organizations.
  • Establish relationships with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed.
  • Develop your professional knowledge and experiences.
  • Possess good business acumen.
Skills and attributes for successThis position will require strong interpersonal as well as analytical and critical thinking skills. You will be a part of an international team, so communication and collaboration skills will also help you to succeed.To qualify for the role you must have:
  • A Diploma in Finance/Economics/Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English as we work with international clients
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Analytical mindset and a structured problem-solving approach, transforming data into insightful story telling
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and desire to exceed expectations
  • Willingness to solve problems, innovate and shape the industry, wanting to differentiate
  • Experience in business model assessment and a good understanding of finance will be considered a plus
