- The end-to-end sales cycle and managing accounts
- Prospecting new salons and generating leads by leveraging multiple channels and a high activity routine
- Hosting digital sales demos with prospective partners
- Clearly communicating the value proposition of Treatwell software and handling objections to close deals and set up successful long term partnerships
- Managing a strong sales pipeline to hit monthly targets
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system Salesforce
- Gathering and providing feedback from prospects to improve our product and processes
- Helping in the development of new sales strategies to optimise productivity
- Fluent Latvian & English speaker, fluency in Russian would be a plus
- Driven to overachieve on monthly targets
- Impecciabe time management
- Able to work independently
