1. Hardware & Electronics Development
Design and prototype embedded electronic systems for real-time structural monitoring.
Develop and integrate sensor modules (load, vibration, tilt, temperature, humidity, etc.).
Work with microcontrollers, data loggers, and wireless communication units (NB-IoT, LTE, LoRa, 5G).
Prepare and review PCB designs, schematics, and assembly documentation.
2. Firmware & System Integration
Develop and optimize embedded firmware for sensor communication and low-power operation.
Implement and test wireless data transmission protocols.
Calibrate sensors and ensure ISO 7500-1 and engineering accuracy standards.
Collaborate with the software team for IoT data integration to Adventum Cloud.
3. Testing, Validation, and Field Deployment
Conduct bench and field testing of IoT devices under real construction and infrastructure conditions.
Perform signal calibration, data validation, and performance diagnostics.
Troubleshoot system behavior and propose design improvements.
4. R&D and Product Innovation
Participate in new sensor development projects, exploring advanced technologies (MEMS, strain gauge, accelerometer, piezoelectric).
Research new power management, battery optimization, and energy harvesting techniques.
