- Leading Team Leaders and agents to deliver against SLAs, targets and service quality metrics
- Ensuring process standardisation and adherence to global models across EMEA markets
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and improving communication with local markets
- Managing market feedback and ensuring accurate execution of procedures and investigations
- Supporting onboarding and training plans in alignment with the Training Manager
- Driving continuous improvement and leading process optimisation initiatives across assigned regions
- Leadership experience managing large teams in customer service, operations or order processing environments
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder-management skills, able to influence across a matrix structure
- Ability to identify issues, problem-solve and deliver meaningful process improvements
- Experience with SAP/ similar CRM systems desirable and solid Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Advanced written and spoken English is a must have and any French language skills would be desirable
