We at Luminor believe that anyone has the potential to achieve big things and encourage everyone to achieve them, professionally and personally.Whoever you are and whatever your role is, with Luminor, you will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a local banking champion.How You Will Make an Impact:Perform direct sales to micro business segment clients, servicing by providing actual bank products, identifying new client needs and offering bank solutions.Handle incoming application flow.Ensure desired income and profitability level of assigned client portfolio and high level of client satisfaction.Maintain relationship with existing clients, attracts new clients.Perform credit analysis, prepare documentation and present to decision makers.Monitor credit portfolio quality and initiate timely actions in order to solve problematic cases.Plan, deliver and follow-up personal tasks proactively, timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.Ensure data quality and insert data into Banking systems accordingly to existing quality standards, processes and procedures.Archive and process documents in a professional and timely manner.Contribute to team and company performance through collaboration and information sharing, through your personal energy, enthusiasm and commitment.Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.Substitute your team members.Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional managerWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Preferably 1-3 year experience in sales and/ or customer service in finance industry.Advanced knowledge of financial products and solutions as well as knowledge of the trends of the financial markets.Ability to communicate freely with different types of clients, choosing the most convenient and understandable communication style for them, the ability to cooperate with other units. Prompt and independent finding solutions in non-standard situationsBasic understanding of financing.Experience with negotiation and presentation skills.Understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy.Knowledge and understanding of the company's financial basic data/ balance sheet indicators and the ability to analyze themHigher education considered as advantage (preferably in Economics, Business Management, Finance or in another related field).Fluent Latvian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic levelWhy You Will Love Working Here:Flexibility.
