- Reasonable experience with billing, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate invoices to Pax8 Partners
- Excellent customer service skills
- An inquisitive and data literate problem solver, with the determination to resolve issues
- A strong communicator, who can clearly articulate issues to obtain the necessary buy-in and support for rectifying Partner problems
- Able to work within agreed SLAs, keeping stakeholders updated to help rebuild confidence in Pax8
- Previous experience within a Customer Success or experience style role
- Highly organised detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in English and other relevant languages depending on the market
